Established in 2016, Red Books is an eclectic bookshop in Wexford town housing over 80,000 books on site and is also the home of Red Books Press.

2025:
Red Books utilised their 2025 grant to establish the Red Books Academy, hosting free weekly workshops on philosophy, history, creative writing and community storytelling.
2026:
Red Books is using their 2026 grant to create an essential ‘third space’ within its community, allowing people to host their own events in the shop without logistical and financial barriers.
